How do I copy my QR code into my Canva template?

To add your Pixel Party QR code to your Canva template, follow these steps:

1. Download Your Pixel Party QR Code

Log in to your Pixel Party host dashboard to download your unique event QR code:

2. Upload the QR Code to Canva

Open your Canva design and go to the "Uploads" tab. It looks like a cloud icon with an arrow.

• On desktop: This is found on the left-hand side of the screen in the black navigation bar.

• On mobile: Tap the purple "+" icon at the bottom, then scroll across to find the "Uploads" option.

3. Add the QR Code to Your Template

Once uploaded, drag your QR code into the empty frame in the template, or place it anywhere you'd like.

• If you're using one of our Canva templates with a pre-sized frame, simply drag and hover the QR code over the frame. It should snap and resize automatically.

• If it doesn’t resize on its own, just adjust the size manually by clicking the QR code and dragging the corner circles until it fits neatly into place.

We recommend scanning the QR code with your phone at this stage to ensure it works as expected.

4. Print Your Design

Option 1: Print Locally Using a Commercial Printer

• Click “Share” (top right), then Download

• Change the file type from PNG to PDF Print

• Optional: Select Crop marks and bleed if your printer requires them

• Choose the specific page(s) you want to print and click Download

Once downloaded, do a final proof and test the QR code. If you need to make changes, just update the design in Canva and repeat the download process.
