If you're unable to remember the email address linked to your account, please contact our support team at support@pixelparty.site. Be sure to provide one of the following to help us identify your account:
- Event link
- Event ID
- Event name
- Receipt from a past transaction
Our support team will assist you in retrieving your registered email and the method you used to sign up (e.g., email or Google sign-in).
How to Change Your Email Address:
We cannot directly change your email address, but you can follow these steps:
- Create a new account with your new email address.
- Contact our support team at support@pixelparty.site and request to transfer your data from the old account to the new one.
