At PixelParty, we take the security of your account seriously. For your protection, password and email data are encrypted and cannot be updated directly by our team. However, if you need to change your password or email address, please follow these steps:

How to Reset Your Password:

1. Visit the login page at https://app.pixelparty.site/login.
2. Select "Continue with email".
3. Enter your email address.
4. Click "Forgot password".
5. A password reset email will be sent to you. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

If You've Forgotten Your Email Address:

If you're unable to remember the email address linked to your account, please contact our support team at support@pixelparty.site. Be sure to provide one of the following to help us identify your account:

• Event link
• Event ID
• Event name
• Receipt from a past transaction

Our support team will assist you in retrieving your registered email and the method you used to sign up (e.g., email or Google sign-in).

How to Change Your Email Address:

We cannot directly change your email address, but you can follow these steps:

1. Create a new account with your new email address.
2. Contact our support team at support@pixelparty.site and request to transfer your data from the old account to the new one.
